Technical University of Berlin (TUB) led IMPACTS by bringing together partners from research, academia and business. Within IMPACTS, TU Berlin was the central partner to have a lean management. Specifically, TUB was responsible for the managing consortium and all stakeholders using accumulated experience, this practically means managing licence and other agreements among partners and be the communication point with EIT UM. Secondly TUB, the department of sustainable mobility management worked on the business modelling and development of the two marketed innovations. It involved the students of the MBA mobility management in to refine the innovations. It led the market research in the demo cities and integrated the input from other partners. Finally, TUB took the role of the disseminator by leveraging own networks and also by using networks of explicit and implicit associated partners (e.g. European Passenger Federation, Women Right's Associations, other).
